Factory Outlet Manager

Following the success of our existing branches we are very keen to open up new outlets.Most companies will identify an area; find the right premises, then recruit a team of people to operate the business. We do it the other way round. The key to success for us is to find the right individual to run the operation in the first instance. We will only consider opening up in an area where we are confident that we have a manager in place who shares our standards and aspirations. Are you that person?

You need to be:

• Experienced in all aspects of the uPVC window industry. No selling experience is required as the package that we offer our customers does not require selling. A surveyor or installer background would be an advantage although we do consider ex salespeople with the right attitude.
• You need to be genuinely customer focused. We want every customer to be happy and to recommend us to their friends. We can only achieve this by offering first class customer service and back up.
• The ability to motivate your team to grow your business is essential, but we will train you thoroughly in how we expect all aspects of the operation to be carried out.
• You need to be based in the Midlands or South of England.

An attractive basic salary and company car. We have also just introduced an equity share scheme which means that all our managers can share in the success of their own outlet.

Window Fitters
