There is one question we are asked more often than anything else. “How can Tradeframe offer premium quality uPVC products, substantially cheaper than all of our competitors?”

Some people mistakenly believe our product must be of a lower quality, or that there must be hidden fees that we don’t show. Today we will explain why and how we can be offer the highest standard of uPVC products at the best prices.

Tradeframe have no salesmen, and no one earns commission.

The national replacement window companies; which you can see advertising daily on television, have a commission only sales structure, which extends not only to the sales person, but also to the sales management. This will equate to approximately 15% of the price you will pay. 

The marketing budget of these companies will be between 12-20% of the price of your product. Last year Tradeframe spent 4% of our sales value on marketing and promotion.

If you are in doubt about the like-for-like quality of our uPVC products in comparison to our competitors, all you have to do is look at the specifications on our website, and compare them to the specification on our competittors website. Be sure to only compare accreditation and anything specified by a third party, for instance BSi , BFRC ratings, and PAS23:24. These are all third party accreditations, as these are facts and not our opinion of standards.

I hope this clears up some of the myths about our quality and prices. The other point that is often made to us by our existing customers, is that apart from the quality and price, we have succeeded in making the whole buying experience a pleasant one. With no salesmen, no inflated prices with “50% off if you sign today”, and no pressure. Our qualified surveyors are happy to visit and give advice free of charge, and confirm the price to you.
